Guillaume Roche represents French and foreign companies, financial institutions and institutional investors in connection with their public or private mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, and regularly advises listed companies and their directors and officers on corporate governance issues.

  • Represented SCOR in connection with the unsolicited project of a tender offer on SCOR by Covéa
  • Represented Daimler AG in connection with the reorganization of its French ownership interests and distribution network
  • Represented Coty in connection with its joint venture for the Middle-East
  • Represented Silver Lake in connection with its tender offer on and subsequent squeeze-out of CEGID
  • Represented Eurazeo in connection with its investment in Les Petits Chaperons Rouges
  • Represented Soitec in connection with its recapitalization by means of a share capital increase and a buy-back of convertible bonds

Guillaume Roche started his career at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in 2005, and then practiced as a European Counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP until June 2019. He joined Lacourte Raquin Tatar in July 2019.
