Lacourte Raquin Tatar has advised SFL on the acquisition of the entire share capital of the company that owns the SMA’s historical head office located in Paris, with a surface area of around 21,000 sqm and valued at EUR 165 million. Lacourte Raquin Tatar has advised Orange in the context of the setting-up of a joint-venture (Telenum Côte d’Ivoire) between its subsidiary Orange Côte d’Ivoire and Canal+ Overseas, subsidiary of the Canal+ group, which has been selected within the scope of an international tender for the deployment of a digital television offer in Ivory Coast. Lacourte Raquin Tatar has advised Orange in the context of the merger between its subsidiary Côte d’Ivoire Télécom, a company with public financial participation, main fixed telephony services provider, and its subsidiary Orange Côte d’Ivoire, leading mobile operator in Ivory Coast. Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised Amundi Immobilier in the context of its partnership with Panhard Group for the acquisition of the total share capital of a French OPCI holding the Swen retail parks portfolio composed of five parks developed across more than 130.000 m². Lacourte Raquin Tatar has advised Erdec Finance in the context of the sale of the entire share capital of a holding company with a retail park portfolio, valued at 89 million EUR, to Foncière Valmi, an investment vehicle composed of Groupe Duval and four French ”Caisses d’Epargne”. Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised Frey, a listed real estate investment company in compartment B of Euronext Paris, in the framework of the acquisition of 100% of the shares of a SPV owning a retail park developing a GLA surface area of 18,000 sq.m., consisting of 20 stores, located in Seine et Marne, and valued to EUR 56 millions (taxes excluded). Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised Castel Group on the acquisition of 49,9% of the share capital of Sumol+Compal Marcas, which concentrates the operational activity of Sumol+Compal SA in Portugal and operates also as a holding company of the business in Africa and holds stakes in the Sumol+Compal companies operating in Angola and Mozambique. Sumol+Compal SA is the leading company in the fruit juice and soft drink industry in Portugal and is notably distributor of Pepsi-Cola in Portugal. The team included Serge Tatar, partner, and Fabien Provost, associate.
