Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised Heineken Entreprise Company for the signature of a promise to sale concerning an industrial land of approximately 4.5 hectares, which corresponds to the old brewery called “Fischer“, at the South entrance of Schiltigheim (67). The reconversion project of the site, which will be carried out by Altarea Cogedim – winner of a private invitation to tender – will create a new surface area of approximately 61,700 sqm (press release). On 4 June 2015, during the 15th edition of the Trophées du Droit, Lacourte Raquin Tatar received the Rising Team Award in Urban Planning Law.

The « 2015 Commented Urban Planning Code » (« Code de l’urbanisme commenté 2015 »), written by Vincent Guinot -public-law partner-, will be published in April 2015 (Editions Berger-Levrault).
Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised Perella Weinberg Real Estate on its acquisition of the real estate complex « Les Miroirs A & B » and the corresponding financing and leasing (press release).
