Lacourte Raquin Tatar has advised Vinci Immobilier, developper, for the signature of the final agreements (land lease, development and BEFA) for the construction of an hotel Inside by Meliá  in the vicinity of the Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. The 11 400 m2 hotel will accomodate 267 rooms including 12 suites. Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised SFL on the acquisition of the SMA group historical head office located in Paris (75015), 112-122 avenue Emile Zola, developing a surface area of circa 21,000 sqm and valued at EUR 165 millions. Lacourte Raquin Tatar has advised BNP Paribas Real Estate in the framework of the sale in future state of completion of the future Novartis headquarters to the South Korean investor, Korea Investment & Securities (KIS). Located in Rueil-Malmaison (92), this building represents a surface area of 42,200 sq.m, with an accommodation capacity of 2 800 persons. The building will meet high environmental expectations with the ambition of obtaining the HQE “exceptional” certificate, the BREEAM “excellent” certificate and the Effinergie+ label. Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised Frey, a listed real estate investment company in compartment B of Euronext Paris, in the framework of the acquisition of 100% of the shares of a SPV owning a retail park developing a GLA surface area of 18,000 sq.m., consisting of 20 stores, located in Seine et Marne, and valued to EUR 56 millions (taxes excluded). Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised UBS on the Alto Tower real estate project development in the Paris business district of La Défense, and then for the sale of the project company to a subsidiary of Tamweelview European Holdings (100% owned by a sovereign fund). The Alto Tower project includes 38 floors and 51.000m² office space, and also covers the construction of a car park, commercial premises, and a public square at the foot of the building. It was entrusted by the buyer to the company LINKCITY IDF (ex-Sodéarif) through a Project Development Contract for EUR 200 million (excluding VAT). It seeks certifications HQE  “Exceptionnel” and Breeam “Excellent”.

The book “The real estate mutual funds (OPCI) – Legal regime“, written by Emilie Capron, Partner, published by RB Edition, has just been awarded the prize of the legal book of the banking industry during the 2015 edition of the exhibition “Place au Droit“.
