L’équipe fiscale de Lacourte Raquin Tatar conseille et assiste, sur toutes problématiques fiscales, une clientèle française et étrangère composée de sociétés cotées, investisseurs institutionnels, fonds de private equity, sociétés de gestion, groupes industriels et familiaux et de dirigeants d’entreprise, notamment dans les secteurs immobilier, pharmaceutique, de la santé, du transport, de la communication et la publicité.
L’équipe intervient sur les aspects fiscaux d’opérations complexes, notamment d’acquisition, de restructuration, de partenariat ou de financement. Elle a par ailleurs développé une expérience significative de la fiscalité des personnes et du patrimoine.
L’équipe fiscale conseille et assiste également ses clients dans le cadre de contrôles et contentieux fiscaux.
